A store may claim anything on its walls, but the reality that a family experiences is determined months in advance, within a whelping box, by an individual we have selected. Care Before a Puppy Reaches the Floor

Our breeders nurture their litters in the presence of the mother, within clean environments, providing high-quality food and early socialization to ensure that humans are perceived as familiar rather than alarming. Vaccination and deworming protocols are adhered to meticulously and are properly documented. Prior to a puppy being presented to a family, it undergoes an examination by a licensed veterinarian who certifies its health, and the documentation from this examination accompanies the puppy.

The 15 Year Limited Puppy Health Warranty*

We provide our puppies with a 15-year limited health warranty*, which is the longest in the industry. This warranty is documented and given to you, covering both congenital and viral issues, with its specific terms outlined in your Puppy Companion Purchase Contract instead of being merely a slogan. Please review it before signing, and feel free to inquire about any clause you would like clarified. Our team anticipates such questions and is eager to assist.

There are two important points to note initially. The asterisk indicates that certain conditions apply, all of which are detailed in the contract. Additionally, at our SA store, the warranty is an optional paid addition rather than included in the base price, so please inquire in-store for further details.

Transparent Pricing

The quoted price is the amount you will pay. This price encompasses the vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary examinations conducted prior to the puppy’s arrival at the facility, and the amount specified in the Puppy Purchase Contract is conclusive. Should you opt for a payment plan, it constitutes a distinct agreement with the lender and has its own conditions — our financing page provides details on the process and the requirements for application.

Meeting in Person Before You Decide

We encourage families to interact with a puppy prior to making a purchase, as a commitment lasting fifteen years warrants more than just a picture. A pet counselor will escort the puppies you inquired about into a secluded space and then step aside. Take a seat. Observe how a puppy welcomes you, how it reacts to unexpected situations, and how its demeanor changes once the initial excitement fades. Often, families come with a specific breed in mind but end up selecting a different puppy that has shown a preference for them.

Support That Continues

Our obligations extend beyond the front door. The inquiries we receive most frequently pertain to feeding, crate training, grooming schedules, and veterinary appointments, and our team is available to address these questions for as long as necessary. Additionally, we provide our customers with complimentary access to professional training resources — please inquire in-store for further information.
